For items on pre-order please note, we will not ship your items until they have all arrived. We will communicate with you when we receive updates from our suppliers.
For items currently in stock, we aim to ship on the next business day. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery (although Sendle are usually much faster). You will receive a Shipping notification and tracking number via email.
We acknowledge the significant impact that online shopping and associated shipping has on our environment. To mitigate this as much as possible, we choose to ship our boxes with Sendle, Australia's first 100% carbon neutral delivery service and Australia's first certified technology B Corporation. For remote areas where delivery with Sendle is not possible, we use Australia Post. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us and we will provide a postage quote for you.
We use very simple and minimal packaging to ensure we're having the lowest impact possible on our environment. We send all of our products in kraft cardboard boxes which are manufactured with 100% post-consumer waste paper. For smaller items, we use padded jiffy bags made from recycled newspaper which are completely recyclable. Our boxes are filled with shredded scrap paper from a local primary school. We only use recyclable and compostable paper tape. For remote areas, we are required to use Australia post satchels at this stage. These can be recycled at any Recycle drop off location at Coles or Woolworths. We ask that where possible, you please re-use, recycle or compost your packaging from Waste Not Collective.
We only purchase from companies who are willing to provide us with unpackaged products or products packaged in paper or reusable jars - it's taken us lots of research and relationship building to ensure this happens. We strive for a zerowaste lifestyle at home and our business life is no different. From manufacturer to your home, you can be assured that no excess packaging waste was created.
We ensure all items leave our hands in pristine condition, however if something arrives damaged please notify us within 24 hours of delivery via our email address (email@example.com). After speaking with us, you will be advised to return the defective item within 14 business days. Upon receipt of this item, we will arrange a refund.
We do not offer returns for change of mind or if a product does not meet your requirements. Reverse logistics (or returns) produce staggering amounts of landfill and carbon dioxide emissions across the globe, so please choose carefully.
